Introduction:

A plate heat exchanger composes of several heat transfer plates and sealing gaskets, which are superimposed and pressed together. The edges of the two plates are separated by a gasket to form a flow channel, and the four corners of the plates are provided with round holes for the fluid to pass through. The frame composes of a fixed pressing plate, a movable pressing plate, upper and lower guiding rods and fastening bolts. The reasonable arrangement of the corrugated angle and the size of the plate can greatly increase heat exchange amount per unit area, regulate liquid resistance to save heat exchange area, which result in a reduced investment costs and shortened investment return time. Plate heat exchangers include detachable type, full welding type, condensers and so on, completely ensure to meet the needs of different users.

The number of plates used is determined by the heat exchange amount. In the plate pack, the metal plates are in contact with each other at the supporting point. A plate pack may include one type of plates or combine with several types of plates. On condition that it consists of one type of plates, the concave convex lines between the two adjacent plates form an opposite combination with 180 degree, channel forming between the concaves of the two adjacent and support point at the convex part. In case that there are plates with different angles in one plate pack, a variety of geometric channels can be formed .
